On our pastures in Coffey County, Kansas, we raise both Fullblood and American Wagyu, and bring it to you direct from our farm to your table.

Why Wagyu
The Difference Is in the Marbling
That fine white webbing isn't fat around the meat; it's fat within the muscle. As it renders, it brings tenderness and depth of flavor from the inside out. It's what sets Wagyu apart from conventional beef.
A Richer Kind of Fat
Wagyu is naturally higher in oleic acid, the same monounsaturated fat found in olive oil, giving it a buttery texture and a lower melting point.

That lower melting point creates a steak that's exceptionally tender and flavorful, remarkable from the first bite to the last.
